Yvette Adounvo Atekpe is a seasoned CEO with over 20 years of professional experience in Information Communication and Technology. She has a track record of driving business growth and establishing world-class, client-centric teams and processes in Africa’s successful start-ups. Yvette is passionate about strategic governance efforts to build resilient organizations.

 

She is an alumna of Holy Child School, the University of Ghana, Legon, the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, with certifications in Sociology, Marketing of Services, and Business Administration. She has also completed additional ICT, Business Ethics, and Compliance courses.

 

Yvette has received numerous industry awards during her tenure as CEO for Dimension Data LTD (formerly IS Internet Solutions), including Cloud provider of the year, ICT Woman and Industry personality, ISP of the year for four consecutive years, and CIMG Marketing woman of the year 2017. She has also been recognized internationally, receiving the Pan African awards (Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government) by CEO Global 2018/2019 and WomanRising top 50 corporate women leaders in Ghana.

 

Yvette is a recognized leader both within and outside her organization, mentoring young girls in ICT in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Internet Solutions/Dimension Data for over a decade. She also mentors women in business and advocates for girl child education in collaboration with Zonta International. Yvette is a member of Zonta, the Executive Women’s Network (EWN), the NTT Global Leadership Network, and the Dimension Data Leadership Forum. She serves on various Public and Corporate Boards.
