Since September 2020, Déborah has been at the forefront as the host of the groundbreaking pan-African French-speaking talk show, “Le Chœur des femmes,” airing daily on Canal+ Afrique. Now based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, she uses her platform to champion women’s rights, advocate for African craftsmanship, and promote diversity within the fashion and beauty industries.

Déborah’s educational journey is a testament to her commitment to an African upbringing. She completed her primary and secondary studies between Ivory Coast and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Furthering her education, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in public relations and image management at Varsity College in Cape Town, South Africa. Her bilingual proficiency in French and English showcases her dedication to pan-African education.

As the founder of Josepha Cosmetics, the first multi-service beauty institute in the Democratic Republic of Congo, she has successfully brought together diverse beauty professionals under one roof, offering premium products and services. Her vision extends beyond borders, with plans to open institutes in new African capitals and introduce “made in Congo” beauty products to establish her brand as a benchmark in the sector.
Currently hosting the flagship show on Canal+ Elle, part of the Canal+ Afrique bouquet, Déborah uses her platform to delve into various topics related to lifestyles, fashion, health, and society. This daily prime-time show on Canal+ Elle reflects her commitment to tailoring content for the African feminine audience.
