Theresa Ayoade is a dynamic entrepreneur and expert in marketing communications and events. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Charterhouse Productions, a prominent firm in West Africa specializing in marketing communications, events, and audio-visual production, she has established herself as a leader in her field. With over 22 years of experience, Theresa has successfully managed a wide range of public, corporate, and national events, as well as audio-visual and TV productions.

 

Throughout her career, Theresa has played a key role in creating and managing innovative platforms that discover and promote creative talent. Notable examples include the Annual Ghana Music Awards Festival (22 years), A Night of 1000 Laughs Comedy Series (27 editions), Miss Malaika Ghana (18 years), Ghana Rocks Concert (6 years), and various international music concerts featuring renowned artists such as Jay Z, Shaggy, Busta Rhymes, Chris Brown, Boys to Men, Akon, Steel Pulse, and many others.

 

Theresa’s expertise also extends to producing over 1000 business events for corporate institutions and organizations, including launches, conferences (such as AGRF 2020 and Alibaba Africa Business Heroes 2020), awards ceremonies, banquets, BTL activations, and more. She has been involved in significant national and international events like the CAN 2008 Africa As One Welcome Concert, Ghana@50 Concert, and ECOWAS Summits.

 

In addition to her event management prowess, Theresa has co-created and produced several TV productions, including Agoro, It Takes 2, The Challenge, and many others. As the Convenor of The National Women’s Summit, she is passionate about supporting women, youth, and the creative industry.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Theresa is a dedicated philanthropist and has embraced the role of an adopted parent at The Royal Seed Orphanage. Her diverse contributions and unwavering commitment to her industry and community have solidified her reputation as a respected and influential figure.
