Lucy Quist is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment company. She was serving as the managing director before her recent appointment.

 

Lucy started her career at Ford Motor Company in engineering and later held business leadership positions in telecommunications while working at Millicom, Vodafone and Airtel.

 

Lucy is known for being the first Ghanaian woman to head a multinational telecommunications company as the former CEO of Airtel Ghana. She is a co-founder of the Executive Women Network. She serves on the board of INSEAD.

 

She was listed in the second publication of 100 Most Influential African Women in 2020 by Avance Media.
