With over 25 years of experience as a seasoned lawyer, Efua Preba Arkaah Greenstreet has established her expertise at both the England and Wales Bar and the Ghana Bar. Her remarkable career spans various industries and sectors, showcasing her versatility and depth of knowledge.

 

During her tenure at Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL), Efua served as a valuable member of the team for four years. Her exceptional contributions led to her appointment as a board director in July 2014, while she held the position of Corporate Relations Director. This role allowed her to leverage her legal background and strategic acumen to strengthen the company’s corporate relations and drive its success.

 

Prior to her time at GGBL, Efua spent four years at Diageo Plc UK, the parent company of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited. In her capacity as assistant regional counsel, she made significant contributions to Diageo Africa’s profit and loss statement, leaving a lasting impact on the organization.

 

Efua’s professional journey also encompasses nine years of collective experience in banking, finance, and tax. She honed her skills and gained valuable insights during her tenure at HFC Bank and German Technical Cooperation (GTZ). Her expertise in these domains further complements her legal background and enhances her ability to provide comprehensive solutions to complex business challenges.

 

In addition to her other responsibilities, Efua Preba Arkaah Greenstreet serves as a Director for the Databank Money Market Fund. This role highlights her commitment to the financial sector and her dedication to contributing to the growth and success of organizations in the industry.
