Evelyn Duku is a highly accomplished legal professional with 20 years of experience in legal work, marketing, banking, and finance. She is a founding partner and practice manager of Depps Law Consult Limited, a leading legal firm in Ghana. Duku is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association and is highly regarded for her expertise in Corporate Advisory Services, Change Management, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills.

 

Duku holds a First Degree BA (Hons) in English and History from the University of Ghana, Legon, an LLB from the University of London, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. She also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and obtained her BL from the Ghana School of Law.

 

Prior to setting up Depps Law Consult Limited, Duku served as Managing Director for Kent House Securities Limited for five years. She also held various positions in banking and finance, including Manager, Banking Services, Manager of Corporate Banking, and Head of Asset Management at First Atlantic Bank.

 

Duku’s experience and leadership have earned her a strong reputation in the legal and financial industries. She has been recognized for her excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to manage change effectively. As a result, she has been invited to speak at various conferences and seminars, sharing her expertise with others in the legal and financial sectors.
